State does not respect deadlines for VAT return to companies

?Some enterprises are taking credit in order to pay the VAT. When it is to be returned to them, the State responds ?the VAT shall be returned? but does not respect the deadlines. I think that the State should secure regular servicing of its obligations towards economy and I think that is possible. We only need to introduce European standards?, Nebojsa Ciric, Serbian Minister of Economy and Regional Development says in his interview with the ?Blic?.
