Rail services delayed after person hit by train

​TRAIN services between East Midlands Parkway and London are being delayed by up to 45 minutes after a person was hit by a train.
The incident, near to the parkway station, was reported just before 10am today.
It is expected to affect East Midlands Trains routes between Nottingham and London until 2pm.
Tickets are being accepted on alternative CrossCountry, London Midland and East Coast services.
