Car careers into shop window after crash on busy Hull road

A shop in Beverley Road, Hull, was damaged when a car careered into its window after a crash.

A blue Toyota Yaris ended up in the window of Gas Flair after it was involved in an accident with a blue Toyota Auris close to the junction with Inglemire Lane.

Store manager John Turner said: "It was an absolute shock, all our stock by the window came crashing down.

"Thankfully, no one was in the area at the time, so there were no injuries, but the woman driving the car looked stunned."
