A Good Start For The Team?s Potential No.1 Line

This can be said when it comes to the New York Rangers? line of Wojtek Wolski, Brad Richards and Marian Gaborik.

According to team beat writers, the trio clicked in the first scrimmage between Team Red and Team Green. Team Red, consisting of the team?s potential No. 1 line and others, won 4-2 as Wolski, Richards and Gaborik had a hand in all four goals.

Rangers? beat writer Andrew Gross reported that Gaborik scored two goals while Wolski had a goal and three assists. Yes, it is only a scrimmage but it is still nice to see a potential No. 1 line having success early on in training camp.

Again, it is very early on but this line has the potential to be extremely dangerous if given the chance to do so in the regular season. It has all the tools to succeed including a sniper, a setup man, and someone who is extremely gifted with the puck.

Gaborik would obviously be the sniper on the line. In his first full season as a Blueshirt, he scored over 40 goals. Now that he has a No.1 center, he could possibly beat that mark this upcoming season.
