Strategic census filling: Groups push to make their numbers really count

A sign outside the Ottawa Jewish Community Centre encourages people to participate in the census. After unsuccessfully lobbying the Conservative government to bring back the long-form census, some groups and political leaders are taking matters into their own hands.

With their hopes dashed of resurrecting the mandatory long-form census, some organizations are campaigning to make sure their constituents get counted.
