Fire crews called to Whitemoor kitchen blaze

FIRE crews were called to a blaze in Whitemoor this morning.

The fire started at about 7.40am in the kitchen of a house in Reydon Drive.

Crews from Stockhill fire station were called to the blaze, which was put out by 8am.

Three people who were in the house were out of the building before crews arrived and no one was injured. The fire is believed to have started in a tumble dryer.
