Act quickly to get hold of this gem of a home

SHARON Coaton of selling agents John German says: "Photographs just don't do this property justice – it's a fabulous house."

You certainly get a lot for your money with this four-bedroom, semi-detached Victorian home in Lady Bay.

Add to this a stylish interior and you can see why the agents believe it won't be available to let for long before it is snapped up.

Sharon said: "Its interior is of outstanding quality and there are a fabulous bespoke features."

The accommodation includes a small porch leading into a long hallway. There is a large bay-fronted lounge that really makes a statement.

It has a character fireplace and there is wooden flooring that flows through into the dining room.

Style has also been a consideration when fitting the modern kitchen within the house, but that is not to say practicality has been ignored. There are a good range of units as well as an oven, hob and extractor. The kitchen has ceramic floor tiling. Practicality continues with the kitchen, located just off the dining room.

Sharon says: "An additional feature of this house is the wonderful addition of the sun room with French doors into the garden."

This not only provides a useful additional reception room but also creates a lovely spot from which to enjoy the rear garden, no matter what the weather.

The first-floor accommodation is just as stylish as the ground floor. There's a spacious and quite stunning bathroom that has been refitted to include a walk-in shower, and an oversize bath which has been set in dark grey tiles. There's a wash hand basin with walnut-panelled cabinet beneath, WC and a heated towel rail.

There are four bedrooms within the house. Sharon said: "A double guest bedroom is on this floor along with the huge master bedroom with feature bay window and wardrobes."

To the second floor are two further bedrooms, of which one of them is a large double.

Externally, there is a small garden to the front of the house while to the rear is a patio, lawned garden with borders and outside store/utility.

The property is gas centrally-heated and the windows are double glazed. Parking is catered for "on street".

Lady Bay is a popular location that appeals to anyone looking for good access to the city centre and the amenities of West Bridgford.

Sharon added: "Anyone interested in this property must book a viewing early to secure this property – it is bound to go quickly!"
