?It?s trying to get these guys to believe. Hammer on the things they?re doing well. It?s real easy to just keep criticizing them, showing them all the crap that?s maybe happening. We?ve done that. We?ve got to get these guys believing in themselves personally, doing their job, then they have to start believing as a team. If we do things the right way and play for each other, good things will happen.?
