Thanksgiving weekend means no more bye weeks and three Thursday games for the first and last time this season.
Short weeks are always dangerous (just ask the Jets), and teams with tricky schemes are always at an advantage.
This week is no different and also gives some great matchups.
Here are some surprise upsets to help give you an even better holiday weekend.
49ers (+3) at Ravens
The 49ers aren't the surprise here; the fact that they are the underdogs is, though.
San Francisco is 9-1 on the season and 9-0-1 against the spread.
The Ravens, on the other hand, are 5-4-1 against the spread. They're also a very up-and-down team with as many question marks as answers.
Riding with the Niners is an easy decision.
Broncos (+6.5) at Chargers
Tim Tebow. Do I really need to say anymore?
Well, in this case we do, because the Chargers will likely fall too far out of the playoff race.
San Diego is 4-6 right now. A seventh loss will all but spell the end for them, as the Raiders are currently 6-4 with six games to go.
But anyway, Tim Tebow.
Giants (+7) at Saints
Big Blue is desperate for a win and desperate for a way to make things work offensively. Eli Manning has been great when his coordinator, Kevin Gilbride, allows him to be.
The Giants are 4-0 against the spread in their last four Monday Night Football games.
The Saints, meanwhile, are 2-2.
Even if the Giants fall short in another fourth quarter comeback bid, it'll be enough for them to cover.
