No easy solution for residents terrorized by target shooting in Durham

Resident Ted Wilson, whose property has been hit by five bullets recently, checks out the shot-up wood and debris left by target shooters in the Nonquon conservation area. His house is invisible through the trees to the east.

Police will step up patrols around a Scugog target shooting area that has sent stray bullets into homes while officials decide whether to make it illegal.
