Many readers were ticked off with BI big-wig Nicholas Carlson for writing an article about how to fix American soccer yesterday.
One big complaint people had: Carlson trotted out the "fallacious" argument that the US soccer team would be better if all our best athletes played soccer instead of basketball and football.
But SERIOUSLY you guys, how awesome would we be if all our good athletes played soccer?
We'd win every game of the World Cup or Champions Cup or Barclays League or whatever 5-0 at least.
