Week 5 Fantasy Football Start 'Em, Sit 'Em: 3 RBs Set for Huge Games

This weekend is presenting some of the biggest matchups setting up potential for huge rushing games for running backs across the league.

The running back position has always been the most important in fantasy football, and it is just that much more important during the first week of byes.

Here are predictions for the top three running backs this weekend.

3. LeSean McCoy (Philadelphia Eagles)

Despite Andy Reid's pathetic commitment to running the ball, LeSean McCoy has started this season off with a bang.

Although he has averaged only 16.5 carries per game, McCoy still has 90.8 yards rushing per game along with one touchdown per game.

That's not even including his receiving yards.

Although Reid is allergic to running the ball, McCoy will still have a big game in what is expected to be a shootout in Buffalo.

Prediction: 110 rushing yards, one touchdown.

2. Fred Jackson (Buffalo Bills)

LeSean McCoy will run the ball well in the Philadelphia and Buffalo matchup. Fred Jackson will run it better against the pathetic Eagles run defense.

Jackson is currently second in the NFL among starting running backs in yards per carry.

The Eagles defense is ranked 30th stopping the run.

It's going to be another ugly showing for the Philadelphia defense this weekend.

Prediction: 140 rushing yards, two touchdowns.

3. Arian Foster (Houston Texans)

Arian Foster proved last week against the stout Pittsburgh defense that he was back and ready to run over the competition.

His 30 carries for 155 yards and a touchdown made a statement for the running back who has been battling injuries since the start of the season.

This week is a match made in heaven for Foster.

The Oakland Raiders are currently allowing 5.9 yards per rushing attempt on defense, a statistic that makes them the worst in the NFL.

Foster will make his presence known in a game that will feature a lot of heavy running with Andre Johnson out.

Prediction: 170 yards, three touchdowns.
