The Edmonton Oil Kings hosted the Portland Winterhawks in Rexall Place Friday night. Having been in the same building the night before when the Oilers hosted the Wild, I can say with confidence that The Oil Kings game was far more exciting, but sadly very few people enjoyed the same experience.
The Oil Kings are still a fairly new expansion team, and of course didn?t have a lot of success to start but success has been coming and this year?s team is strong, talented and exciting to watch.
