NFL Predictions Week 5: Insanely Accurate Predictions for Every Game

In case you don't have time to catch all the NFL games this weekend I did you the courtesy of foretelling the outcome for each game in one convenient location. So, if you like to be surprised on Sunday, you should stop reading now. I don't want to spoil anything for you.

I have not missed a prediction yet in this column. Of course, this is the first week I have picked every game. I will be back next week with my record—which I predict will be perfect—and pick all the games once again.

Philadelphia Eagles at Buffalo Bills

I can't believe the Eagles are favored in this game. They can gut check all they want. They simply are not a very good team, especially in the trenches. Fred Jackson is going to destroy them.

Prediction: Bills 31- 24

Kansas City Chiefs at Indianapolis Colts

Both of these teams actually showed a glimpse of life last week. However, the Colts have to bounce back after a short week. The Chiefs will exploit their poor rush defense just enough to win the game—and blow their chance at Andrew Luck.

Prediction: Chiefs 20-17

Arizona Cardinals at Minnesota Vikings

This is a battle of two teams who don't like to win. They find themselves with leads late in games and blow them. However, the Cardinals have held onto those leads later than the Vikings, as they prefer to implode in the fourth quarter. Edge, Cardinals.

Prediction: Cardinals 24-20

Seattle Seahawks at New York Giants

This is a perfect matchup for the Giants. Seattle's offensive line is horrible, and the Giants defensive line will eat them up. The Seahawks also struggle to rush the passer. Eli will pick them apart.

Prediction: Giants 31-13

Tennessee Titans at Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers are like the Nazi who drank from the wrong grail at the end of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. They are aging before our eyes. The Titans are way better than anyone expected, and Chris Johnson is just now starting to produce.

Prediction: Titans 17-13

New Orleans Saints at Carolina Panthers

This should be another great fantasy day for Cam Newton. However, he will give up a few turnovers to a complex Saints defense. The Saints offense will continue to roll.

Prediction: Saints 27-20

Cincinnati Bengals at Jacksonville Jaguars

The Bengals defense is going to make David Garrard happy he was cut as they shut down the Jaguars rushing attack, making Jags fans wonder if Gabbert will ever turn into a real NFL QB.

Prediction: Bengals 20-3

Oakland Raiders at Houston Texans

This game has all the earmarks of a trap game for the Texans. It is sandwiched between the Steelers and Ravens.

It also comes against a hard-nosed Raider team with an explosive offense that will be inspired by the recent loss of their iconic owner.

Prediction: Raiders 34-24

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers may be the worst 3-1 team in the history of the NFL. They do one thing well, and that is stop the run. That won't be enough against a Tampa Bay team who just seem to keep finding ways to win.

Prediction: Bucs 20-17

San Diego Chargers at Denver Broncos

There have been snow showers in Denver on Saturday. This will help slow down the Chargers' passing offense. This is a good thing because the Broncos won't be slowing it down.

Prediction: Chargers 24-17

New York Jets at New England Patriots

Joe Namath is going to have to find new people to blame after the Patriots suddenly balanced offense tears apart the Jets defense.

Prediction: Patriots 32-23

Green Bay Packers at Atlanta Falcons

The Atlanta Falcons will be hungry for revenge after the Packers came into their house and won a playoff game last season. Unfortunately for the Falcons, they are much worse than last season.

Prediction Packers 35-24

Chicago Bears at Detroit Lions

I feel bad for any player being asked to play in the Bears' offensive backfield for this game. Their offensive line is in shambles, and the Lions' defensive line is fierce.

Prediction: Lions 24-6
