Voracek Reaches A Contract Agreement With The Flyers

via TSN, The Philadelphia Flyers have locked up one of their own restricted free agents, signing forward Jakub Voracek to a four-year, $17 million contract.

The deal was first reported by Comcast SportsNet Philadelphia.

Voracek, 22, scored 18 goals and 49 points in 78 games with the Flyers last season.

Voracek was drafted by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the 1st round (seventh overall) in 2007 and was acquired by the Flyers in a trade for Jeff Carter.
