The Paterno Riots At Penn State Were The Most Destructive In The School's History

penn state riots

Angry Penn State students went to the streets the night Joe Paterno was abruptly fired by the board of trustees.

And quite honestly, the PSU students should be embarrassed for their actions.

Today, police arrested 38 people, and are planning on arresting seven more. The riots caused $190,000 worth of damage.

It was the worst riot since 1998, when students caused $150,000 of damage during the school's Arts Fest.
