Say what you want about the Green Bay Packers defense, that was one hell of a tackle by backup linebacker Brad Jones.
Jones was actually starting for the Packers in Week 17, as they were giving Clay Matthews some time to rest his injured ankle.
Jones had five tackles against the Lions. Well, six if you count him tossing that unruly and most likely wasted fan onto the famed Lambeau grass.
That was the best tackle made by either team on Sunday, as a combined 86 points were scored.
Matthew Stafford and Matt Flynn, who was filling in for Aaron Rodgers, traded touchdown bombs all day long. Stafford finished with an insane 520 yards and five touchdowns, but Flynn's play was the real story.
Flynn, who will be a free agent after this season, fattened his bank account by dropping 480 yards and six touchdowns. Both of those are Packers records.
Of course, as good as Flynn was, there will be no quarterback controversy in Green Bay. Aaron Rodgers has had one of the best seasons in NFL history, throwing for 4,643 yards and 45 touchdowns, despite not playing on Sunday.
The 15-1 Packers earned a bye week and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs with their spectacular season. In two weeks, they will take on the lowest remaining seed in the NFC.
Yardage-wise, Green Bay has one of the worst defenses in the NFL. They are dead last in opponents' passing yards per game (299.8) and 14th in opponents' rushing yards per game (111.8).
However, if they pretend every offensive player is a drunken fan, those numbers will improve in the postseason.
