Albert Pujols surprised everyone when he signed a 10-year deal to leave the St. Louis Cardinals for the Los Angeles Angels.
With all the minor details being finalized recently, we now know that along with the incentives clauses that bumps his salary if he breaks the all-time home run record and/or reaches 3,000 hits, Pujols will also get some nifty little perks.
- Four season tickets to home games over the life of his contract
- A private hotel suite during road trips
- Access to a luxury suite for his charity, Pujols Foundation, for 10 home games every year
- The right to purchase a luxury suite for all Angels home games
That's some good living.
