Farm hit by bullets from makeshift firing range

Retired teacher Ted Wilson looks through a bullet hole in a window in his home near the Nonquon conservation area north of Port Perry. Residents complain that people have been using the area as a firing range.

Ted Wilson came home recently to find two windows shot out in his Port Perry-area farmhouse, a bullet hole in his truck and a bullet from a high-powered rifle outside his bedroom window. "On any Saturday morning it sounds like a war going on in back of me," he says.
